Summary: Did not keep hot breakfast stocked during the advertised time (not even hot water). The door to our room would not shut/latch properly. Fitness room was not clean and there were no cups to use for the water dispenser or disinfectant wipes to clean the equipment. An item in the bathroom was dusty and there was a little trash in the floor of our room. One of our keys didn’t work and we were marked as no shows even though we arrives at our pre check-in time. The lady at the counter was nice about things.
